Grassy Bar Pacific Miyagi Oysters Petite Size, per 1, 3 or 5 doz.

from $36.00

SIZE: 12, 36 or 60 oysters/bag, about 2-2.5” each

WHERE IT’S FROM:
Our oysters start as “seed” in our hatchery in San Pedro and then are hand-cultivated on the central coast of California in Morro Bay at the Grassy Bar Oyster Company. These are the only oysters that are entirely grown in Southern-Central California.

HOW THEY TASTE:
Oysters grown in Morro Bay tend to have a crisp sweet taste and a mild saltiness.

OCEAN SUPPORT:
Buying these oysters supports one of a small handful of hyper-local "seed to table" aquaculture businesses produced entirely in California, and one of the most sustainable seafood options anywhere in the world.

HOW IT WORKS:
Order by Wednesday 12 pm PT. Pick up from our hatchery in San Pedro on Friday 1 pm - 5 pm or Saturday from 10 am - 3 pm PT. We harvest your seafood only after you place an order, ensuring maximum freshness. Delivery options coming soon.

Freshly harvested just for you! Please note we can't offer refunds if you miss your pick-up window.
