HOW THEY TASTE:
Oysters grown in Morro Bay tend to have a mild brine and a crisp sweet taste.

Buying these oysters supports one of a small handful of hyper-local "seed to table" aquaculture businesses produced entirely in California, and one of the most sustainable seafood options anywhere in the world.

HOW IT WORKS:
Order by Wednesday at 11:59pm . Pick up from our hatchery in San Pedro on Friday 2 pm - 4 pm or Saturday from 10 am - 3 pm PT. We harvest your seafood only after you place an order, ensuring maximum freshness.

Freshly harvested just for you! Please note we can't offer refunds if you miss your pick-up window.
